
The @xxx is the current time in internet terms. the number 000 to 999 is a time unit called beats created for international internet time. 000 is midnight in Greenwich, the primary time zone.
A beat is approxiamately 1 minute 20 seconds long, and there are 1000 of them in a day. No matter where you are in the world, the time in beats is the same. Also it's fun to play with, but it slowed down the main page.
